Our story
Forno Rosso started in 2014 with a hand-built brick oven and a stubborn idea: that a great pizza is mostly patience. We mill nothing, hide nothing, and rush nothing.
Our dough ferments for two full days before it ever sees the fire. The tomatoes are San Marzano, crushed by hand. The cheese is pulled fresh that morning. Then it all goes into an oak fire hot enough to leopard-spot a crust in ninety seconds.
48-hour dough

Word of mouth
The crust is the best I have had outside of Naples. That char, that chew. I drive across the bridge for it.
Ordered ahead for a birthday and it was boxed and perfect the minute I walked in. The Diavola with hot honey is unreal.
Small menu, every single thing dialed in. You can taste that they actually care about the dough.
